New – Lean Office!

Yes it is possible to have a lean office, including a 5S for your e-mail in-box. Using the basic lean principles such as eliminate waste, standard work flow, poka yoke, value stream mapping and of course keeping the customer (internal and external) in mind, all have implications in the office.  Ask us about an interactive (limited power point) workshop in your area.
